Just watched a playthrough of Luto by my friend -- best horror game involving suicide and death

That's really it. No spoilers or anything; this game really made me rethink what it means to truly be hopeless and have a cathardic experience.

My only advice if someone wants to play through it is to play through it normally then play through the secret ending.
