Venting Just found out the girl I love was cheating on me this whole time

The girl I was in love with was dating someone this whole time. For years.

Im in so much unexplainable pain and confusion. Im still in shock. I don't want to believe this. Please, let me wake up

I know right. By the way she was communicating with me, I was convinced that she never had much romantic experience.

Turns out shes been with one girl for years, and numerous others throughout those years. I'm so glad I found out. Healing will be hard, but it's worth it. I'm worth so much more than all of this.

Thank you all for the support. I do still love the version of her that she showed me, that situation unfortunately doesn't erase what was built between us in an instance (as much as I wish it did).

But I do absolutely know that I lost nothing in this situation. I was genuine and honest with her. She did an unforgivable thing, and I know that we will never talk again, but I'm happy to say I loved and wallowed in this fantasy for some time at least.

Im going to move on. And hopefully meet someone much, much better.
