I am stuck between these two methods. If I hang im cutting off the airway which will be so painful but if I jump im probably passing out from impact and drowning but its only a 184 ft bridge so I hope I die lol. Can someone give me advice on the least painful and most successful method? Is 184 ft enough to kill me? Has anyone seen hanging videos? where do they mostly tie the rope to have a successful ctb?

If you do partial hanging correctly, you won't be cutting off the airway.
