What height do I need to jump from to be 99% sure of death. I know there are so extreme cases of people surviving that's why I'm not asking for 100% certainty

That's higher than I hoped the tallest bridge in my state is only 239ft and it's 3 and a half hours away

So what I recommend is look for cliffs, some places have trails that you can hike up to get to tall cliffs

Where did you get these numbers? Rule of thumb around here is 150ft/46m onto concrete, 250ft/76m onto water.
