Hi guys. I would like to know if it is possible to "improve" jumping from height of 15-20 meters(49-65 feet). I know the height is not the best one but what if I do the following:

-stop drinking and eating for 2 days before I jump
-jump at night so nobody tries to save me
-jump head first, so my head is gonna hit the concrete/pavement/sidewalk
-drink alcohol to reduce my survival instinct

anything else I can add to the list?

Can I ask for your opinions, please? Thank u very much

alcohol relaxes your body which would heighten chances of survival.

I heard alcohol relaxes your body muscles and reduces the impact.

The problem with jumping is that it is all about the landing. People survive skydiving or die falling off a step stool at home. However, your height has a significant chance of survival.

Not eating for two days is more of a fast than VSED. If you want to significantly weaken your body to prevent it healing from injuries from a fall, you need to fast for several weeks instead of two days.

As others have said, alcohol relaxes your body and actually increases your chance of survival.

Lack of water is a big factor here, you can only survive 3-7 days without water.

Yup. Hence why drunk drivers often live, while the people they kill do not.

I think that's also why I'd be wary about VSED or a long fast. When your brain is starving, you don't always think straight. People also tend to be shaky. I'd be worried that it would increase the chances of landing in a way that keeps you alive, but severely disables you/and or leaves you bleeding for like an hour on the ground, unable to move.
