Hi,

I'm thinking about jumping from a 150 Meter high bridge. Getting there will be a bit problematic since its 2 hours away and I havent driven in a while. I could jump into water or on land. I think I would prefer water since it should be the same as hitting ground and no chance of accidentally landing on a tree or bush.
Of course it has a pretty big fence. How high do you think the fence is? I was thinking about bringing 2 chairs and stacking them so I can climb over.

MOst bridges that are potenial jumping sites have someone somewhere trying to stop jumpers- it seems very unlikely you would be able to carry two chairs on there are stack them and climb over before someone else steps in- maybe you can, but that seems unlikely to work.

Jump into water.

It'll cleanse your soul on the way out.

Get one of the small step ladders. Wrap it in Christmas paper, and you'll look like you're carrying a late Christmas present.

Wishing you a peaceful journey x.

isnt jumping to water from that height is always better? since it will be just like hitting concrete, plus in the rare case you survive the hit, you will drown to death, and there is no chance of rescue even if someone notice you in the middle of the act (since its very hard to search in the water...)

I don't think its that popular of a site since it can only be accessed by car. I was planning on pulling my car over to the side stripes, get the chairs and then go to the fence. I don't think anyone could intervene in that time. It would propably look like i was having car troubles before I pull out those chairs.

I have thought quite a lot about it, I have been lurking the forums here for 3 months and don't think my mind will change. Unfortunately I'm very restricted when it comes to methods. Can't get N, SN here and I live in an Apartment or with my parents so hanging is very risky.

150 meters is good enough. You may want to try visiting the bridge before hand and check how you feel about the whole thing

I would like that but I will only have one chance since I will have to steal my parents car to drive there.
