jumping and fentanyl

Hello,
I am planning to ctb due to jumping. But I am afraid of the pain while hitting the ground.
Because of that I am thinking of injecting myself 5mg Fentanyl before jumping, what is really a lot and could already kill you...
Do you think I still will have pain? Fentanyl is used during surgery as painkiller.

Oding on F is extremely lethal by itself. I doubt you would need to complicate things by jumping from height.

Don't worry, you won't feel anything. Just make sure you jump from an appropriate height for suicide.

If you jump from high enough to ctb, you won't feel any pain after you hit. If you aren't confident your jump-off is high enough, don't jump; the injuries from failing to ctb aren't anything fentanyl will fix.

A recent Guardian article implies the darknet is starting to "ban" fentanyl on its own, so you might have trouble finding it.

You should be jumping from over 7 stories. People routinely survive 7 stories or less. I've researched this topic extensively. You should be blacked out right after hitting the ground then die. If you have fent you dont need to jump

The fentanyl might dull the pain of the injuries you suffer if you fail to ctb, but it won't repair your smashed up body.

If you're going to jump, follow Voool's advice: make sure you're jumping from over 7 storeys. If you're terrified of surviving, do your research properly, find a tall enough jump-off, and make certain you don't survive.

But if you have fentanyl anyway, why bother to jump? A heavy dose of fentanyl is a much better, much more certain way to ctb than jumping ever could be.

If you survive the fall no amount of drugs will make that pain bearable although it may lessen it. Jumping is probably the least attractive method for me honestly as it's just so brutal in nature and especially if there's other people around. Do you know what happens when you jump off a hotel roof onto a busy sidewalk? Your body turns to mush and blood splatters everywhere while your limbs are unnaturally bent and you may even survive for a few seconds just twitching and gurgling on blood with whatever left of a face you have. Then there are the chances of actually landing on a passerby which DOES happen. You might kill the person you land on and suffer only minor injuries and go to jail for manslaughter. There was a kid who jumping off a overpass and hit a car. He killed the driver but survived. Also don't think water is any better. It may look better but it's like hitting pavement except you sink into the pavement and may drown because your body is too broken too stay afloat. Just make sure jumping is what you REALLY want to do and assure that there's minimal people around.

One thing for sure is that it's pretty much always fatal after a certain height but man is it a sad and brutal way to go. I feel like you really have to be impulsive to get over the fear. Good luck with whatever you do brother.

Do you have a plan with jumping? Like do you have a building in your city that is high enough? I wouldn't jump from a height that isn't at least 15 stories onto concrete. When i first joined SS, all i can think was jumping but I think I want to CTB with N.

One of the reasons is that I don't want my suicide to be in the news

Someone once said to me they didnt have a fear of heights or falling. They had a fear of landing...
You fall faster than you think bjt im sure thise few seconds end up being some of the longest in your life. Good thing is once you pass a certain height your pretty much gonna get the same outcome.
And once you take that step those few seconds could last as long as they want, they cant make you change your mind.

Personally I'd recommend whippits [nitrous oxide] fill 3 into a balloon[the party balloons with rubberbands] inhale on the edge and you can walk forward when you get dizzy and fall off the edge. it's a disassociate/ anesthetic. You would not feel shit on your landing. If you really want want to jump its your best friend

The lethal dose for Fentanyl is about 2-3 mg, depending on body mass and tolerance.

A 5 mg IV dose in an average (or even large) person without a serious tolerance would almost certainly be fatal.
