I'm sorry sweetie. It's not nice to suffer so much. It's frustrating to be around people who seem to get more joy out of things. I wish I could be like them too. I suppose I'm lucky that my bad times aren't that bad, just vaguely negative. I only really get to enjoy myself a few times a year, money and health permitting. I'm sorry you suffer so much agony, I'd want to be gone too

I think it's incredibly difficult to distract yourself from intense physical pain. I know I certainly couldn't. I'm so sorry. It makes complete sense that 1 hour of relative peace can't wipe out 10 hours of agony. I really wish more could be done to make you more comfortable.

It sounds really horrible what you have to go through, it's just so incredibly unfair and tragic how all this endless suffering exists in this world and it must be really tiring being in that situation. Existing certainly is something that is so awful, that is undeniable.
