Job Hunting

Yeah we all know being unemployed sucks, and looking for jobs right now is like pulling teeth, but I just put in an application for Kroger? Just to realize that every job opening they had had been posted a year ago. So like are you not hiring or has it taken a full year to find someone to stock lettuce?

Oh! And for the prestigious honor of being an online shopper, a duty so important and sacred, you have to do a drug test! Sorry stoners, you're lumped in with the ppl doing bumps on the clock.

I applied to Kroger a couple years ago as a summer job, they got back to me about a 9 MONTHS after submitting the application.

In this day and age, job agencies are pretty much the only legitimate way to get jobs now. You have to go to them in person. Don't bother with the online thing.

Also, if you want a job in a store, go there in person and speak to a manager.

It's so miserable. Horrible degrading process. And like you said, impossible to even get results.
