Discussion I've slept 10 hours out of the last 100

Title. Probably rookie numbers I know. Haven't even really tried to sleep either. Just on my phone. I don't even feel tired. Normally I'm numb and easily entertained by YouTube but the past few days have not been numb and I can't even finish a YouTube video without becoming disinterested. Maybe the lack of sleep is causing this idk. Maybe the numbness is enabled by the ability to detach from reality via YouTube and now that that's not working the numbness is going away. Kind of the same thing going on with music as YouTube.

I had a similar experience when I tried to quit olanzapine (antipsychotic) last summer. I went hypomanic and stayed up for two days straight, then slept for like 3 hours and again was up for two days. Then after waking up from another 3-hour sleep I gave up, took my pills and slept normally the next night.
