After suffering from mental illness, going through a breakup, my cat dying and my best friend blocking me. I got into a rut like we all do. I decided to go for a walk and just listen to music instead of focusing on where I'm going I just focused on my songs. I ended up walking ten miles! I felt so happy and proud of myself for doing this! I know I'm going to get into another rut but I think this was a great step today and I'm happy with myself❤ I got suicidal thoughts and couldn't stop thinking of my ex and my cat but I accepted the thoughts and just focused on hitting my feet hard into the ground and push myself
