It's not what you're thinking of, I'm sticking a tiny needle used for injecting into my testicles to hopefully kill them. I need them to die off asap, however it is extremely painful.

When the needle pierced through the skin it's already painful, I feel a burning sensation and then into the testicle.

The fact that insurance companies force us to do so much bullshit just to get simple procedures is insanity, and the fact that I have to resort to this. I've stopped since but genuinely this makes my life hell.

If you get hit in the nuts hard enough you can achieve the same effect. You probably shouldn't do this because if any problems occur you'll need to go to the hospital.

I doubt it, which is why I had to resort to this.
1. I don't have much money
2. I can't leave my country rn

3. Now maybe this could help;
I bought hormones for 7 months before going to an endocrinologist. They just ignored what I told them, and got me random shit prescribed and the e obv,
I told them I can't tolerate AA, they said let's see first, the stuff they prescribed me made my shit worse, atleast what I suspect and I went to the pcp and they said stop the anti androgen and see

The issue is when I told my endocrinologist they said I have to live as a woman for a while and be on hormones for a while so I can get an orchiectomy, which imho it is dumb since there's a medical reason for it 1. So I can transition, and 2. So I can transition safely without needing anti androgens. Even then by this point they should've atleast listened to my request and got me scheduled for an orchiectomy, I've also had blood work done at that same hospital so I can easily prove I've been on hrt for a while, they they might deny and say I wasn't on prescribed hormones or some shit

you see what a weird situation I'm in?

I think so, but they'd need to have a reason to remove them so there needs to be enough damage inflicted.

I really get where you're at but i think you need to go to a different endo and explain exactly the ways the first one fucked up and the help you need. Idk your exact country but doctors will be able to tell if youve been doing some form of self harm like this and in many countries this can lead to medical disenfranchisement as they can deem you mentally unfit to consent to this type of surgery if they find out. I dont want that to happen to you.

You can use a burdizzo to cut the blood vessels. If you use local anesthesia and anti inflammatory medicine it shouldn't be too painful. Another method is elastration. I'm not too familiar with elastration but you could probably find something about it. If worst comes to worst, you could pull a Randy and microwave your balls to get cancer to make removal necessary.
