Method It's tonight or help

Hey all, I've decided I'm trying a new method tonight (eye drops ykyk 15ml should be good I think) I've been desperately trying to go along with therapy and get help but nothing has worked so far so here's what I'm going to do:

I'm going to drink the eye drops, if you do not hear from me within a few days assume it worked and I would advise doing the same
(From what I was told it cuts off your arteries when injested or smth and stops much oxygen getting to you brain so eventually you just fall asleep but it is very slow)
And if it doesn't work I'm going to try asking for more meds, sedatives (honestly those things work like a lobotomy for me I just need to get a prescription) and I'll give life a big middle finger till my body gives up naturally
Also might try different forms of therapy

i'm not sure if you've already done it but since the thread is still fresh i just wanted to say that it might be worth it just for another day. healing and therapy is never a linear process and it's really hard to recover. i know its silly telling someone to not kts on a this type of website but still, if you want to talk i dont mind

Eye drops (Visine/tetrahydrozoline) are not reliable at all. Use the search function - there are lots of reports of people downing multiple bottles and getting nowhere. E.g.

Since Sunday I’ve taken 4 bottles of this stuff. Other than some jumps in my heart rate, decreases in blood pressure, fatigue and difficulty standing/walking nothing has happened. Very frustrated to say the least.
