Months in remission and comming off effexor thought I'd seen the last of the ruminations and thoughts at night.

I'm sorry that you're feeling this way. Ruminations and bad thoughts are unfortunately annoying and it gets pretty depressing. Don't be too hard on yourself. We all have ups and downs.
