I like to use metaphors to talk about how I feel. I'm sorry if you expected something different from this, but it's just a poemish something I wrote because I express myself better like this.
Sorry if it seems strange or if it bothers you.
Take this as you want
-
"It's just a sandwich"
But others don't think that way.
If for me it's just food, a feeble sensation of something,
Then, I noticed that it isn't the same for people around me.
If I eat it, everyone will stare, everyone will judge.
And if I don't, everyone will ask why I refuse to eat.
If I eat it will I really feel something? Or would it only be an useless feeling of fullness for a moment, that comes and goes like a shooting star?
If I eat it, people will laugh, because "why should someone who doesn't experience hunger eat something? They don't need it at all!"
They always told me to avoid eating too much, and I feel like they would prefer if I didn't eat at all,
but it's not a big deal.
"It's just a sandwich", and I should buy it.
