I am completely riddled with multiple mental health issues, I have daily flashbacks too. I am in extreme chronic pain. I have been dealing with this shit for years. It can't be ethical to force a human to live, firstly just at all and secondly through all of this shit. It can't be okay to force someone to live when they don't want to, when they are in constant mental and physical pain. I don't want to live just so other people won't be sad, and if people want me to live because of that then they are selfish.

It really sounds like you've suffered so much, existence certainly is too cruel to me, I find it so cruel how there's all this extreme, unbearable suffering. But anyway I hope you find peace.
