It has a bad review, I'd be suspicious. Sodium nitrite degraded and the supplier might not be keeping it under ideal situations. However, it does look like it is sodium nitrite the only concern I personally would have is purity.

So where do I buy it in India? Can I get in in medical shops?

Honestly I would see if you can get a hold of Nembutal, opiates or other barbiturates in India... I'm not sure what it's like now but from my memory the pharmacies aren't super official or check these things in detail. You might have more options. At least those medications don't tend to degrade.

But if sodium nitrite is definitely your method of choice, I highly recommend you buy it from overseas or directly from a lab.

Hey I am from India as well. Good to see you here. I don't know much about availability of SN here. I doubt if I could get pure quality. But, again SN isn't my choice actually.

I would rather suggest ctb by hypox/nitrogen/argon..
It is widely available..it is the most painless way to go . I have bought nitrogen cylinder already..

Not yet, it is 6 liter cylender and has 700 to 800 ltd of pre nitrogen. He is a reputed dealer , he gave me purity certificate on his company letter head that it is nitrogen gr1.
I am still looking for the flow meter. Rest I have got. It was pretty easy to buy..
But I haven't installed the pressure regulator yet that would be a minor challenge..

Wow, looks good. You're getting set up nicely. Do you plan to ctb soon? Holy fuck, looking at that tank makes me wonder how I'm going to be able to successfully sneak that shit into my apt.

Though felt quite relieved after acquiring the cylinder. It is empowering to have a control switch of your life.

India has a huge suicide problem. Numbers, both men and women dying this way go well beyond 100k every year.
So I guess buying Nembutal could be very difficult..

That's absurdly expensive. At that price, you could probably get a whole N2 setup. Not to mention that you still need antiemetics (not all medical stores let prescriptions slide).

I think you just confused indian rupees with dollars/euros because it's amazon india, it costs 10€ lol

No, I know I'm looking at prices in INR. Thing is, 4000 is still expensive in India. That's about how much I spent on food last month.

EDIT: I should clarify, I'm Indian, and my family doesn't have much disposable income. Also, at the current going rate, it's around €40.

So does the UK - where I am from, but I'm living in Vietnam right now.

They even made a government minister for suicide prevention

When i change the link to .com it gives 10€ for the product.

And 40€ isn't absurdly expensive for a one time purchase, even in India.

Yeah, that's true. I guess my perceptions of price are dependent on what I can get away with. Which isn't a lot, considering that my finances are still controlled by my parents.

Wow, man. Good for you. I'm so jealous. Are you in India? Do you mind my asking why you are going to ctb? I know that is deeply personal and often complicated, so don't feel like you have to answer that.

It is a game, isn't it? And some people have more of an advantage at winning. Fuck all that, indeed. I hope you find peace.

Yes it is. I am afraid (paranoia of mine) of buying sn that purport to have 99% purity because usually this is difficult to obtain (but not impossible, it leaves the product more expensive).

That was cool, thank you for sharing that. I really liked the beginning & end (couldn't relate to the middle as much. Do you have kids?). And I agree that dying shouldn't be seen as a bad thing. I would add to that, why do people think they get to tell us we have to live? Psychiatrists saying, "Oh no, don't say you want to kill yourself!" and doctors bringing you back because they must legally try to keep you alive. Why is living like, a mandate?

Yeah the world or life has ceased to interest me anymore. I have a daughter but she has always lived with her mum..I do feel a little bit selfish ctb as she is just 9 but she and I haven't had much contact so she wouldn't be much affected.
So it is ok to die if one really wants to..though my reason of dying may look completely stupid to someone else and vice versa..
But I know my hands will definitely tremble putting the exit bag on head.. and probably I may want to cry hugging a human being before ctb..that's why I am looking for a partner..however I am also ok ctb alone..
