• Hey Guest,

An update on the OFCOM situation: As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. OFCOM, the UK’s communications regulator, has singled out our community, demanding compliance with their Online Safety Act despite our minimal UK presence. This is a blatant overreach, and they have been sending letters pressuring us to comply with their censorship agenda.

Our platform is already blocked by many UK ISPs, yet they continue their attempts to stifle free speech. Standing up to this kind of regulatory overreach requires lots of resources to maintain our infrastructure and fight back against these unjust demands. If you value our community and want to support us during this time, we would greatly appreciate any and all donations.

I don't know what happened besides drinking coffee yesterday but I decided to eat some food as I haven't been eating the couple of days. I have always suffered from irregular heartbeats and have low blood pressure, but sleeping on my stomach my whole life, something happened after I turned another day in this living hell of despair and I have been struggling to breathe or feel my heart elongate or tighten and I almost saw flashes of a different world even on my side and I notice I can't breathe at some points which is very odd, as people can recognize when they are breathing before they sleep. I am not CTB yet but figured to ask if this is normal overall for others who sleep even if they don't experience these symptoms I shared regarding health issues and if this occurs sometimes for you. This never happened before as much and I have no idea if this is normal, but I rather save it on my date then now, especially as I don't know if being trapped in a room for too long is equally the cause of this phenomenon and wonder how do you guys record it into your SI. Just noticed this and I like it but it freaks me out, too, because I feel like I'm dying or I'm drowning.

I experienced that a long time ago when I was eating as little as possible as a teen and had awful neuroses with anxiety, maybe its psychosomatic? It was like breathing stopped being automatic and I had to remind myself to breathe when trying to sleep. I was in so much stress back then I was also convinced somethings haunting me lol. It gave me so much health anxiety and I kept looking for causes online or in med drama shows, don't remember when or why it passed

Omg, 😳! Thank you for responding! I thought I was stupid for asking this question. Also, the only way I could sleep was by allowing cold air in and waiting into I was knocked out. 🥲 I didn't get to respond to this and that's otherworldly behavior that we need the day we ctb but it would be very cool if it happened in our sleep, but when we are aware of it? Seems so scary 😶
