Is this measuring cap good for measuring grams?

I have this plastic cap from medicine serum but it is in ml. Will it be good for measuring grams?

@Observer no, you will need a scale. How many grams do you need to measure?

Something like this is good up to 100g:


This would be good up to 5kg (5000g)
