Here's the link for the rope then underneath that are descriptions about the rope. Thank you to everyone that reads this and advises. I know I am posting a lot at the moment.

  • COMPOSITION : 100 raided high tenacity polyester rope, braided core.
  • FEATURES : Soft and flexible rope, great resistance to traction nd friction, resistant to oils, acids and organic solvents, its property does not change due to the prolonged action of water, sun or other agents.
  • APPLICATIONS : Nautical, sports uses, decoration, industry.
  • FOCUS : Made in Spain, quality guaranteed. The production process complies with EU environmental protection standards.
(Someone said to use polypropelyne rope - this one is polyester. The polypropelyne one when I searced was the blue rope that looks really uncomfy that you often see around building work or some such).
This one looks a tad more comfy...:

Yes, it's very good. Protect your trachea with a scarf or something else.
