Help Is this enough to CTB?

This is kind of my last desperate resort I just want it to be over. If its not enough and will just hospitalize me I'm not gonna put myself through the pain but I collected my medication that i havent taken because I stopped cold turkey.

345 mg of aripiprazole

(12grams) 12,200mg lamotrigine/lamictal

300mg fluoxetine/prozac

480mg hydroxyzine (theres probably more scattered around)

I just want it to be over and I know it will be likely slow and painful but at this point its all I have, I know I could hang myself but I just dont know where to do it nor if I will be able to pull it off.

Honestly, it's not going to be worth it to try. Medications like that require A LOT before it becomes lethal and even then, there's a low chance it'll actually work. I tried with otc meds and I couldn't swallow pills for a while after (like, a month, stopping any nausea took 2 years)

Please choose a different method. It will just blow out your liver and kidneys and you might end up on dialysis (which is terrible, trust me) or with other permanent damage you'll have to live with. I know you said you don't have a lot of options, and true I wouldn't recommend hanging, but there are so many other more guaranteed methods. I don't want to suggest it because I have a hangup about suggesting methods to people but if you search around this site long enough you will come across a wide variety of method suggestions that are much safer and sure-fire than taking pills. Taking pills is an extremely risky method.

You have an 86%+ chance of complete failure & a very high chance of disabling yourself leading to even more suffering.

Only Amitriptyline or Chloroquine overdoses are worth a try, but they are still rated less effective than SN by the 2022 version of the PPH.

thank you all for your input, Im likely gonna try drowning in shallow water after drinking after reading through the methods list.
