• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Im asking this question because, while searching online, different sites list my experiences with "dissociation" or nothing wrong.
I have to start by saying that i almost entirely live in my mind all day (always thinking about something or daydreaming).
Even when im having a conversation with someone else, it feels like im on autopilot: if i try to remember what i was talking about with them later that day, i struggle to do so because i wasnt actually paying attention.
Now the important thing: from time to time (usually like once every one or two weeks), i randomly remember that im real. It's difficult to explain, but it feels like my brain is 100% active for a split second and i realize that im real and the things that surround me are part of reality (this always happens at random moments in the day without a trigger). This doesnt make me uncomfortable, but it makes me sad to realize that my existence is real.
