The two are the exact same. The injectable one is probably more sterile, but if you're going to drink it, both are fine. Check the dosages, though: injectable Pentobarbital will have less Pentobarbital per mL than drinkable pentobarbital.

It is formulated in an alkaline solution, like other barbiturates. A quick database search shows that its pH is around 9.5, which is not high enough to be a health hazard. It'll taste unusual, but it won't harm you.

I've never seen pentobarbital, as it isn't used on humans. However, methohexital and sodium thiopental are formulated in slightly alkaline solutions. Searching for injectable pentobarbital's properties confirms my hypothesis.

I think it's good to take some medicines before that won't make you vomit. Drink some alcohol after the nembutal, because of the bitter taste. Do you have some nembutal?

Oh darn so when ingesting a chemical or a poison you need certain medicine against nausea or vomiting?

I wonder about the taste of injectable N. I think they are almost only sold as injectable these days no? I know it tastes really bad but like you need to drink 200 ml or so, so I wonder how people have done that. Some people on these forums have drank it in the past, they are dead now I assume so hard to ask them but there are some threads.

Especially if it has been stored for a long time it can taste very bad I assume so I wonder if you can mix it in some way to make it more drinkable.
