Discussion Is there a daytime where you're less suicidal ?

I'm very ill with a chronic illness. Many symptoms are constant but fluctuate. when I can watch something on my tablet for a short while, mosty sci-fi and fantasy, or managed a short visit from my dad once a month, I don't always feel suicidal but I don't feel happy.

Most of the day, every day, often in my dreams too. Exception is maybe when listening to or watching something really distracting
