Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I currently read the new issue of Internationale Politik. It is a German journal on foreign policy. And the issue is dedicated to soft power.

People like Trump or Putin laugh at soft power. In case of Trump that's clearly hubris and gives the game away to China.

Germany is also partially defunding development aid. That'a trend in many Western nations battling with high debts. But in a world like this development aid is more important than ever.

I won't give an intricate analysis about this topic. But some articles are pretty good. But google translator is not good enough to share them with you.

One could argue in a world of realists hard power is the only thing that matters. But if these imperialists neglect soft power Europe should use it for its own advantage. I am undecided whether to use the frozen Russian assets for Ukraine. It is a really touchy topic. I tend to be against it. Even though I am a Ukraine hawk. It would damage Europe's soft power too much.
