Is SN still legal in Canada/the US?

So back in August I found an SN source but it only shipped to the US, and I am in Canada. I decided to order it through a mail forwarding service. My SN is currently sitting at the forwarding warehouse in the US. Lots happened and I did not complete the order. Now I would like to complete the order, but I'm having worries about shipping it from the US to Canada. Last I heard, it is not illegal in either of these countries, but the US was working to pass a bill - the Youth Poisoning Protection Act. I tried doing a bit of research but am confused. Anyone know if it's still ok to buy/have SN in Canada/the US? For lots of reasons (I have family in both the US and Canada) I would very much like to not get in trouble with the law for shipping this through customs.

To clarify I am mostly worried about SN passing through customs from US to Canada. Anyone with experience with this please share!

I wouldn't worry about the YPPA. It was introduced in Congress a year and a half ago, and it's still in introduction stage, meaning that nothing will probably done with it, at least for a long while. It going through US customs should be fine.

Canada has no laws about SN that I was able to find. You should be fine there too.

Not sure about particular laws, but on SS i have never heard of anyone getting a fine or such for ordering SN, regardless of where they are in the world. So it is most likely de-facto legal.

Though there have been some mentions of welfare checks, make of that what you will.

SN is perfectly legal in both countries.
It should be a problem to get it to Canada

SN is completely legal in both countries at this point. Access could become more restricted in the near future.

hi, life is such a hassle sometimes. I keep getting hope for recovery only to have it snatched away from me. I just had to update my shipping info again after some problems with the shipping website. Hopefully I can update when it arrives.
