I was going to CBT using SN but now i'm scared it might cause irreversible damage to my brain and end up paralyzed or something, and i know a lot of people say that it doesn't cause anything but how do you know that ? i mean you're preventing oxygen to go to your brain and if you don't die and your brain doesn't get oxygen for too long your brain cells are gonna die and it willl cause severe brain damage.

Please read this:

https://sanctioned-suicide.net/threads/sn-a-comprehensive-guide-including-method.25148/

If you are not comfortable with the very slight possibility that something might go wrong when using this method, dont use it.

It's pretty effective from what I've seen unless you get caught, in which case they have an antidote that reverses most of the damage eventually. In ctb'ing you take the risk of failure with any method but in my opinion SN is one of the better options in terms of lasting damage after failure

As angele said, SN is one of the best options if you fear some sort of damage to your body remaining after an attempt.
there have been a couple of sources being posted on this forum proving that, if there is any chance of permanent post-SN-CTB body damage, it is very unlikely.
one of the sources being PPH.

SN injury to the brain

Also, I pointed this out two weeks ago in another thread:
https://sanctioned-suicide.net/threads/sodium-nitrate-is-painful.25551/page-6#post-464204

and if this isn't enough there are also users of this forum who attempted CTB by SN and survived, and as far as I know, didn't complain about any permanent damage; 21Neberg, ZajebistaKaczka and one guy who went outside for a smoke after taking SN (sorry, but I don't remember his name).
(if I'm wrong about any of these users please correct me)

WHY WOULD THEY HAVE AN AGENDA?

Won't cause brain damage or paralysing, read Stan's thread about SN and use and effects, really good and worthwhile.

SN:
Very cheap
easy access
Easy to obtain antiemetics (in latin america)
99,9% guaranteed if you guarantee 5 hours without anyone can help you, so it's a good method.

Indeed, 99988, keep it quiet, plan ahead, find a place in solitude, follow the regime, job done.

It is a good method. Read the guide linked above. That will answer the majority of your questions. It's good to have questions. But most of them have been asked and answered already. Use the search bar and you'll find all the answers you need. It's normal to be scared. Just keep doing research until you feel comfortable with it. If you still have doubts after that, then choose a different method.

I couldn't able to get meto here as everyone asking for prescription. Even the same for online too. I have anxiety bowel syndrome. Does SN a effective one for me considering the unavailability of SN and this anxiety bowel syndrome ( frequent stomach movement due to which I shit very frequently a day )

Thats the one I bought. But I'm still waiting for it to arrive. I have no idea if members posted if this source is good. I can only assume it is. Because of the good reviews he has on his profile
