I have a pretty sensitive stomach/gut, and I also seem to get nauseous very easily. Is SN still a reliable method, given that you take the recommended anti-emetics? I want to attempt soon with either SN or N, but I'm worried about my IBS symptoms interfering with their effectiveness.

Sorry for the narrow/specific question, but I'm wondering if anyone has any insight or experience!

I have the same concern -- gastritis and a very weak stomach (though rarely experience nausea).

What kind of IBS do you have?

If you take a prescription anti-emetic, you should be fine.

Do you have Ibs-c or ibs-d?

Antiemetics are fine, but if ibs-d, loperamide should be taken with them bcause they may have laxative effect.

^^More ibs-d.

Imodium is a good idea though, I didn't think of that. I'll definitely add it to my regimen.

Trimebutine is as effective as imodium, you may take both.. they will stop diharrea for 48 hours.

I have a similar question, since I have IBS-C, slow motility. But was also wondering if additional fasting before SN or N might be in order, because of the slow motility.
