It can cause permanent liver and kidney damage. People have lingered for weeks in terrible suffering before passing on. Your kindness on here has been so much appreciated. Thank so much. I dont have options. Only paracetamol or jump in front of a train. I can try parcial but I dont know

Unfortunately you would have to take loads and the emetic they put in it would make you sick before you have taken enough.
