is my sn useless?

Bought it two years ago and maybe opened for several times to check the smell. I noticed the things I marked. Should I buy new SN? I don't wanna screw up when I'm ready to do it.

Opening it multiple times over a couple of years will definitely cause it to degrade and lose its potency. You shouldn't be opening it at all until the moment you use it to CTB.

If you have the opportunity and the means, then of course buy a new one. If you decide to take the bus, then everything should be perfect and calm for you.
