This is a proverb from my country that roughly translates as "It's often a person's mouth that breaks their nose."
It's hard to exactly translate my language to English but I came across this and thought it was worth sharing.
It essentially just means to be kind to yourself. Whatever you're going through remember you are doing your best and there are a lot of people on here that understand and are willing to chat.
