Only you can answer that yourself, because every life is different. I would say if your health, finances and relationships are in overall good shape, then there is much less reasons to CTB. But when those areas are out of balance, then thats a different story. Also depends how much effort you are willing to put in, in order to overcome your current struggles (as long as they are still reasonably reversible), and make something great out of it. It is almost 2020 now. There is so much information and resources available on the internet on how to have the best health, become financially successful, and have beautiful relationships, so its really up to the individual at this point if they are willing to make the change. This is the first time ever in human history where improving and changing one's life is so much easier. But once again, its also based on your personal situation, as there are other factors to consider. In the end, it also relates with how strong your "why" is. Some people have a loving family and etc., therefore during their darkest times, they still find the motivation to fight through it. Some don't have luxuries like this, so during their darkest times, they simply don't see the point to continue. After-all, I'd say its definitely much safer to simply just not have been born at all in the first place, because the world and living in general is indeed reasonably complicated and rather pointless for the majority out there
