No rescuing no rope breaking (in other words no technical problems).

If the ligature and anchor holds and no wannabe hero comes to the rescue, then the answer is NO. The only other element is if your setup lends itself to 'self saving' I.e. something other than the stool or whatever you kicked over exists nearby to support your legs potentially.
