Discussion Is it possible to kill yourself with a knife?

Is it possible to do this yourself, for example, by stabbing yourself in the neck with a knife under pressure? Or is it impossible for a person to inflict such damage on themselves?
If, theoretically, you put a knife to your neck and press down on it with your other hand with all your strength...
