I don't think that is a good idea. It would be more likely to kill you by liver failure even if it was succesful (a few day very painful process)

it is possible, people have died from that combination before, but with all OD's it is a bit of a gamble.
There are combos where its not a gamble. Maybe if you added xanax and anti nausea medication

Keep in minding the 'ceiling' dose of codeine is 400-450mg depending on your metabolism. Any more than that will result in the heightened negative effects of opiates and no more euphoria when dying.
The best thing would be to combine
- 450mg codeine
- 20+mg alprazolam (Xanax)
- Domperidone [Anti-Emetic]
- Alcohol (some nice champagne)
- GHB (Rohypnol)
