Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I don't feel human anymore, the only "humane" thing left to me is my pain the physical one. Therebefore I want to od on SN without any painkillers and only meds that prevent me from throwing up. I want to feel the pain the moment I am dieing. How painfull will it be? Will it be bearable so I don't abort the attempt?
You'll feel nausea and disorientation before you lose consciousness. Probably won't feel any pain though. You don't need painkillers. Also, you don't OD on SN. It's not a drug, it's a poisonous substance which prevents your blood from being able to carry oxygen.

Very difficult to answer your question given your motivation. Painkillers are supposed to dullen the experience. But not really needed going by the average case - as resources like PPHE portray. Using PPHE as a reference, you can see that they say propranolol is optional and say Oxazepam is mandatory. Now, neither is a traditional painkiller. They both suppress anxieties in different ways and the former has some pain-killing function. But neither is really necessary - I don't have either nor the means to procure given my remoteness. Merely not throwing up the SN is enough. And this is where the Metoclopramide comes in. Everyone's reaction is different, varies for a given person too given their state on a given day. So a lot of it is subjective. As I've said in replies to related questions, the best thing to do is to look at something like this eyewitness account of an SN CTB, and extrapolate for your personal circumstances from there. HTH.

I should've mentioned it's not a drug... so OD doesn't apply... etc. Disorientation is certain. Nausea can be absent for some. There can be pain too.... as some have stated pain in their SN experiences... in general, what you say holds. But not always.

I wonder what exactly disorientation feels like in this case and if a person is even alert for it? Also what level of pain. I know headaches can occur to which I don't think Tylenol and ibuprofen would be effective for me personally.
the evil monsters had to arrest D ( N from D). if D were still around then fresh Nembutal for me and I wouldn't have to worry about any fucking confusion etc

See in general, before loss of consciousness, one will be disoriented a bit. Not going to be a quick instant. Yes alertness will go down as disorientation increases. There should not be pain for most people. But, this is all highly specific, highly subjective YMMV territory. The eye-witness account describes a very middle of the curve case, closely following the most common protocol. This is what most people should expect. If you don't fit the normal profile or aren't having a normal day or haven't stringently followed an OK kind of protocol, you are going to have a different experience. That is all can be said.
If you have the stomach for it, just search for videos of people taking SN on the web - a lot of Chinese youth have posted videos of their CTBs. Whatever I've watched is close to the eye-witness account above.
