I'd assume that he most definitely is aware of it. I don't know how he couldn't be, given the nature of his campaigning.

I have no idea, but he probably is aware of it, especially due to the media exposure it has been attracting.

Actually, those are not his personal views. He believes that anybody of sound mind should have the right to end their suffering if they choose to do so. He is just focusing on older and terminally ill people because that is the societal demand at the moment.

I'm fairly certain Exit International follows a proxy twitter account for SS activism that was created by one of our members. Not sure if Nietzche actually manages that account though or if it's another staff member or volunteer from Exit, your guess is as good as mine.
