Help Is 1mg Fentanyl IV ALONE enough for the average woman?

Hey, so should 1mg (1000 micrograms) fentanyl IV be enough to kill/put in a coma a female in late 20s, 50kg/110lbs 155cm/5'1'' nonsmoker no drug abuse or medication history? If it's a coma, can we guess how long? Really appreciate your help. Thanks in advance.
