Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I do like music and ive tried just listening to that instead but my hands aren't always free yk? I still have to type, clean, do work etc. I'm just frustrated I dont have passive entertainment anymore
I also have an internet addiction! And usually what I do when Im not on the internet is usually draw..traditionally (with paper, i mean), thats nice, but sadly I dont have the motivation to do that most of the time or it just gets frustrating. Another thing I do, is still online, but at least a bit creative - origami. I put on some tutorial on YT and follow that, even tho your usual origami video has about 12ish mins, it usually takes 20 or more to complete. Some origami take me even an hour if its a harder one. I like that, because it makes me feel like I did something "useful" with my time instead of just mindlessly scrolling. You could try it, start with easier origami! Its also a nice way to decorate your house a bit, I currently have a yellow paper parrot sitting on my PC monitor.
Also, on YT (which is where I mostly scroll..) I put a "put down the screen!" reminder (its somewhere in the settings), that has at least reduced the scrolling from 2 hours to like 40ish mins...(I put it to remind me every 30 mins, but thats customizible!)

I have an app called screenzen that only lets me use it in certain intervals, it works with the parental controls on my apple devices. It's been working out well, especially the feature that doesn't let me change the settings without a cooldown period. but yk, it's like a smoking addict trying to switch to patches. it might be effective but it's still going to be annoying for a while
