Unfortunate side effect of brain not shutting up. Constant chatter about what should i've done, what i shouldn't have done, how i should've reacted, how i actually did and how much i've fucked up by doing so.
And it can keep me awake up to 3 or 4 AM

Insomnia is the true devil that caused all my problems. I first developed insomnia in September 2023, couldn't sleep for 2-3 days, then would crash and sleep for half an hour. Because of the insomnia, I developed panic attacks, hallucinations, severe depression and suicidal thoughts. Since then, I was prescribed Amitriptyline, I take 150 mgs and I sleep better than ever. Didn't cure my depression and suicidal ideation unfortunately.Similar threads
