It is awful when you are unable to sleep. Life is just so depressing. I believe death is one long dreamless sleep and it is what I look forward too, all the pain will finally go away. I wish you the best.
I totally get this. I've been struggling with insomnia for the last 16 years. There are periods when it's better and periods when it's worse, but most of time I feel really tired and anxious and it has significantly lowered my quality of life.
