Inner Pain... What could help ????

I want to end the pain i have inside. It have eaten away at me for so long....

I hear you and understand totally. My pain is also ripping me apart and worsening by the hour................what can we do to lessen it. In my case I have no solutions and nothing is going to get better or change sadly..........I do hope for you, there are options? The fact that your body will turn blue doesn't bother you? Charcoal results in a pinkish body which is more 'pretty'?

God I'm so sorry if I'm wrong and you're seriously in pain.. but the way you've worded these couple of posts does sound like you're fishing for someone to tell you to ctb which just makes me suspicious. No one will ever tell anyone to do that on here! That's not the point. People will give you support and friendship and there are resources to make your own decision about what you want to do. Maybe you are here for the right motivations but saying 'I'm in pain what can I do?' Just sounds very leading to me.

I find this comment confusing. Unless a comment that wasn't quoted here was deleted, I don't see any reference to charcoal in this thread.

Would you be willing to clarify why turning blue and charcoal are relevant in this discussion?

Perhaps if you described the inner pain and/or causes of it, some may be able to directly address it and provide the guidance you seek for what to do about it.

The worst part for me is the fact i cant let others know what im feeling inside. Im happy smiley to them. But when im alone its a whole different story. The heary ache the pain and endless thoughts overwhelme me so badly....i want to meet others i can relate to....
