I've noticed over the years of people OD to ctb, what exactly are they using.

"OD" usually refers to drugs whether that be medications or illegal drugs. What people die from in these cases is always different. Sometimes it is other drugs laced with fentanyl.

So it's pretty rare to do it on medication? I was thinking of taking my antidepressants+ibuprofen and a buzz ball(alcoholic beverage)

ODing on medication is considered a non-method.

Medication ODs very rarely work. You are far more likely to make yourself sick and/or damage organa than die.

Also Buzz Balls are awesome.
