Inert Gas Method Question

I have so much comfort knowing to there is a peaceful way to ctb. I am not sure what to ask for when purchasing a cylinder. I think what I need is a 40 cu ft cylinder. I have a flowmeter and i am going to make the EB soon. Any tips on how to not seem suspicious? What should I say I am using pure Nitrogen for? I'm not a welder and know hardly anything about it. Maybe say i am making nitro beer?
What should I ask for when attempting to purchase a cylinder?
I know its probably no big deal but it's a small town and can not have anyone thinking Im going to ctb.

Ideally you would order it online and have it directly shipped to your house with no questions asked.
Buying it IRL, the best excuse is welding.
Another option is to buy an empty cylinder on-line and fill it locally.
