In which way SS has helped you

Helped me find a better method that doesn't even seem complex to do or get the materials for. Originally I thought that the only way out I had was throwing myself under a train but I didn't want to do it because I didn't want to mess it up (consequences are terrible for that one) and because I don't want to traumatize the driver as he or she had nothing to do with why I am in the state I'm in.

Not having to listen to the usual bollocks about getting better. If I wanted to, I wouldn't be here. Plenty of places for the 'cry for help' crowd already.
