Help Impulsive need to ctb right now.

Ok. I want to take my SN like right now. Without any preparation. It can't work, can it ?

The problem is that my suicidal ideations are often impulsive. I'm not good at planning anything ( + the fact that I have 0 energy).

If I could ctb this afternoon, it would be so nice.

I already tried partial but I think I can't.

I would ask you to not do it impulsively, as it will only increase the probability of committing a mistake and ending up not doing it right and wasting the sample.

There is a megathread about SN. Do you have read it? Fasting and stuff?
