I haven't tried it myself, but there's a thread about successful and failed attempts using it~ I believe it has an 80% success rate with some of the failures being due to being "saved" or throwing it up and not taking enough~

I am afraid of it failing too but honestly if you can keep it down it's gonna work. There are even some who vomitted and they still ctbSimilar threads
