  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

When I ctb, I know my family will look through my search history. For the sake of not having another stupid news article and potential shutdown on this site, I'd like to delete it from my browser history somehow. Like completely. But how? Can anyone help? I found that the button to delete the whole browser history on safari doesn't work for me (perhaps it was disabled due to my prior attempts to ctb) and I added a screenshot of this. How can I go around this? IMG 9212
The button I circled is the delete button.

It wouldn't matter anyways. The site doesn't violate any laws so it won't get shut down. There are worst sites compared to this with much darker stuff on them.

If you can't work it out, you also might consider deleting the browser you're using entirely off your phone.

It looks like you use an apple phone, so unless your family has the passcode or somebody has their own face ID (which can be disabled), there's not much they can do to get in. If they do have it, you can always change it. Even the CIA has a bunch of locked iPhones they can't get into, and apple refuses to give them a backdoor.

If for some reason they're bent on finding your browsing history, they can order logs from your internet provider that show the sites requested, there's not much you can do about that, but I doubt many would go that far, or even know you can do that

Factory reset the phone. All traces of EVERYTHING will be lost. I'd factory reset because I have a lot of shit that even if I die I wouldn't tell to anybody.
