• Hey Guest,

An update on the OFCOM situation: As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. OFCOM, the UK’s communications regulator, has singled out our community, demanding compliance with their Online Safety Act despite our minimal UK presence. This is a blatant overreach, and they have been sending letters pressuring us to comply with their censorship agenda.

Our platform is already blocked by many UK ISPs, yet they continue their attempts to stifle free speech. Standing up to this kind of regulatory overreach requires lots of resources to maintain our infrastructure and fight back against these unjust demands. If you value our community and want to support us during this time, we would greatly appreciate any and all donations.

can it have bad consequences for my therapist after i ctb? for example, could my therapist get a charge against her or could she be fired? what can i do to make sure my ctb does not have a bad impact on her or her career?
my therapist and psychiatrist are so kind and amazing. they are wonderful at their jobs too. they did absolutely nothing wrong and have given me all the help and support they could. is there anything i can do to prevent my exit to have bad consequences for them?

In certain places they can be held liable for a client ctb. That's why my therapist dumped me. I'd cancel future appointments before any attempts so they're not technically your therapist when you go.

I used to work in a psychiatric office. We had a few suicides over the years but no one was ever in trouble or held liable.

I think the bad consequence is their guilt from not stopping you/preventing the suicide. I'm torn between this and not having anyone to talk to about the suicidal thoughts.
