I don't really think suicide is as straightforward as just being able to leave quickly and reliably in an easy way without any supplies, we exist in a world where suicide is purposely made so difficult after all. I just think when it comes to methods all that one can do, is do their own research which is why the suicide resource complination exists, I wish there was a very easy way, I hope that you eventually find what you search for, best wishes.

Why are you in such a hurry if i may know

I destroyed my life and my future because I have emotional control issues (I share traits with bpd but not fully diagnosable). My therapist and family want me to learn to be happy and adjust to a new reality of a new life where my dreams and desires no longer are supposed to matter and I am supposed to just be happy with whatever I can accomplish. I've been battling this for 6 months now and just fully out of patience. Too apathetic to even care to write a goodbye letter. I am 37 and male in the US.
